Hi everyone, please get in touch if you think you can help or feel free to pass on my details to someone you know that may be able to assist!


My wife and I along with our 2 children are in search of a new property having just been given the wonderful news that our Landlord wishes to sell the house we currently live in. It's a 2 bedroom in SE15 that we love dearly but is getting a little crowded we'd prefer to be closer to Dulwich area since I work in Forest Hill and our eldest attends St Francesca Cabrini just up from Peckham Rye park.


We'd love a place within the East Dulwich vicinity though are happy to venture a little farther out. We'd need at least 3 bedrooms and would love a garden. Ideally we'd really like to find a house [not a flat] that we can make into a home and commit to staying in for a longer period of time.

We have a 3 bedroom mid-terraced house with garden and private garage. Location is near Dulwich library / lordship lane in East Dulwich. We are seeking a rent of GBP2200/month.       Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

      Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.       A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
