Isn't the point of the second article but that Ella was the first child (and the first person) in the UK to have her cause of death listed as air pollution and principally 'traffic emissions'?

It’s probably best described as Tudorbethan. It displays a rather twee, rose tinted yearning for a lost England that never really existed. Much like many posters on this forum.
