Join us for a Kombucha Workshop for Beginners at Captured on the Rye on Pellatt Road. On Tuesday 12th March at 19.15.

In this workshop we will look at how to brew delicious kombucha at home. We'll cover all your fermentation questions - flavouring, first and second fermentation, carbonation and scobys, and you'll leave with your own starter kit to make your own. ?20 per participant.

Alice MacKinnon is a plant based chef, cookery teacher and product consultant living in London. A real fermentation enthusiast, she has recently moved back from Los Angeles where she taught at the Matthew Kenney Culinary School.
