Jacks50
My daughter has her MMR booster booked for tomorrow but she's got the tale end of a cold. I know they say its ok to give them the booster if they have a cold as long as they don't have a temp, but I always thought it seemed a bit mean, if they are feeling a bit grotty! I just wondered what your thoughts were? Thanks! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21745-mmr-booster-and-colds/ Share on other sites
Saffron
Yes, it's fine physically as far as the MMR goes, although I wouldn't take her if you think her cold could still be contageous. Otherwise it's just down to your judgement, whether you think the office visit will be particularly upsetting for your little one while she is feeling a bit grotty still. I would do whatever would create the least stress. xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21745-mmr-booster-and-colds/#findComment-518847 Share on other sites
Jacks50
Thanks so much Saffron - I've rearranged it for next week - hopefully she'll feel better by then!
