Help for aged parent need

I?m looking for a reliable person to help my mother who is in her 90?s for 2 hours 5 days a week between 9am and 11. Includes assisting with general hygiene, machine clothes and bedding washing and helping with morning routines. Ideally I am looking for somebody with experience in the care sector.   does seem to take up a width of the pavement that could be better used (i.e. we have to walk around it) and I'm not sure we need advertising on the pavements. Perhaps there are benefit's I don't know of.
