Dulwich Hamlet FC - Official Charity Partner Day - 16/02/19

Recommended Posts

Dulwich Hamlet FC is proud to announce that our home game this weekend against Hemel Hempstead Town will be our official charity partner day for 2019.

For the 2018/19 season, Dulwich Hamlet has linked up with local charity Redthread to promote the fantastic work they do. Redthread is a dynamic youth work charity that for 20 years has strived to offer young people vital support through innovative and engaging health and education programmes.

We are delighted to be able to show our support for a charity that not only does great work, but started in the local area. Dulwich Hamlet FC recognises the importance and the value of the work that Redthread carry out. Unfortunately, barely a day goes by without a report in the press about a young person being involved in violence. This is an issue that London, especially Southwark, needs to face up to and tackle.

The day will see a range of fundraising activities before, during and after the match.

To mark the event, we have commissioned a special one off kit for the match.

After the match the shirts will be auctioned. This is a fantastic opportunity for any football fan to own a unique part of Dulwich history, whilst supporting a great cause at the same time.

Further information about the one off kit, and how to bid for one, please check the club website.

In the meantime, if you or your business would like to make a donation towards the day, please email [email protected].

    • Yes, we have a Casio CT-S100 we no longer need, except I dont think we have the headphones any more. It has a USB connection. £50? https://www.argos.co.uk/product/7333639
    • Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!
    • Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon. If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (find out if they have Whatsapp groups) Dox will print & deliver free missing posters https://www.doxdirect.com/help/free-missing-pet-posters/ Call her at dusk & dawn when street & foot traffic is at its lowest.
