has anyone had any problems with this? Two separate packages have failed to arrive overseas, posted the same day, with correct postage. should have taken five days and its been 13. I didn't track them as I have never had a problem before.

Not had an issue yet, but am looking forward to the need to go to new closer one in Nunhead. Do let us know what happens. Did you at least have a receipt?
