I am a certified Usui Reiki Master and Hatha Yoga teacher with over 11 years of experience. I offer Reiki healing treatments and one to one Hatha Yoga sessions for adults, teens and children.

Hatha Yoga

The ideal antidote to the pressures and tensions of modern life. A Hatha yoga class will stretch out tired and tight muscles, strengthen and tone the whole body and induce calm and relaxation with stress-busting breathing and meditation practices. Reiki can be included on request at no extra charge. Hatha Yoga is perfect for people of all ages and is also beneficial for those with special educational needs.
