Pregnancy yoga & Hatha yoga classes every Tuesday in Nunhead!

Hello!

I teach Hatha yoga classes in Nunhead every Monday at Ivydale School, Ivydale Road, 7.30pm to 8.45pm and every Tuesday at Buchan Road Community Hall, SE15 (2 mins from Nunhead station), 8.30pm to 8.45pm.

I also teach pregnancy yoga on Tuesdays 7.15pm to 8.15pm, also at Buchan Road Community Hall.

First class is ?8 and then ?10 drop in or ?48 for a block of 6 consecutive classes.

The next 6 week course for the Monday classes starts Februrary 20th and the next Tuesday night courses start on the 21st February. Alternatively you can attend on a drop in basis, classes run every week.
