Looking for family support worker

We are looking for a caring family support worker to help take care of our amazing four year old, for around 40 flexible hrs a week in our Dulwich home. He has cerebral palsy and epilepsy which means he has problems with mobility, communication and needs support to interact with the world around him. Dear Sir/Madam, I have supported young adults with epilepsy for a number of years and also used to care for a brother and sister who were diagnosed with cerebral palsy. I currently work flexible hours privately and with an agency, and therefore am very interested in this position. I would be happy to come and visit prior to doing any work.
