TV wanted

Hi everyone I volunteer at a local support clubhouse house and a new member who?s has been homeless and suffering mental health issues has at last been found suitable temporary accommodation that allows him to keep his support dog with him.

Because he has to be in his room by 9 pm each night he can become very bored.

I am looking to see if anyone has a tv that works and you no longer need that we could give to him for his room.

It doesn?t matter what the external condition looks like as long as it reasonable small and works.

Thanks for reading

Hello,

I have a Shapr TV to give away towards the end of next week, as I'm moving back home. It's fairly large, I'd say around 40" but you're welcome to it for free, has a basic stand but would need to place on a cabinet or something.

Let me know if you're interested :) in on Barry Road

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
