OLDER BABY SLEEP WORKSHOP FOR BABYS 6-12 MONTHS in East Dulwich NEXT WEEK

If your baby is struggling with napping, needs to be rocked to sleep or is up all night or has another common sleep issues then why not come along to the Birth Baby Bliss Older Baby Sleep Workshop, East Dulwich

It's on: Thursday 14th March from 12.30 - 2.30pm along Lordship Lane

The Older Baby Sleep workshop covers:

*Realistic baby sleep expectations 6-12 months

*Napping and how it changes at this stage

*Common sleep issues at 6-12 months including: feeding to sleep, baby needing to be held, short naps , napping only in the pram

*Bedtime and the importance of a routine

*Older baby sleep top tips handout to take home

  A quick assessment on having a barter scheme amongst the community. An exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times. I wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I don’t have IT knowledge to set this up unfortunate, but I do have skills that I could offer. From past experience, it would probably work best as a direct exchange rather than coupon credit. I may be flaunting the rules by posting on this twice, admin please feel free to delete one if this is the case.
