Denmark Hill Station, platform alterations

Hi!

I wonder if anyone else is having the same bugbear as me about Denmark Hill stations in the morning. Every morning they change the platform which the trains are supposed to leave from sometimes 2 or 3 times in the last minutes before the train comes. I have gotten used to this and know that they *mostly* go from the same platform, but there have been a few occasions when I have been wrong and had to dart across the bridge to get my train, sometimes missing it!

My issue isnt really about me, I have seen old people and people with prams etc really struggle to get over the bridge only to have to go back over it when they decide to change it again a few minutes later!

Has anyone thought about complaining? Not sure who you would complain to as I would assume it is not the train company but more the people who run the station.
