We are looking to rent out our sunny, 2nd floor 1 bed flat situated on Overhill Road, East Dulwich over the summer for ?1200pcm. Available from 1st June (or up to two weeks later by negotiation) until mid September. Potentially available thereafter on a long-term basis. Our flat is in a quiet, purpose-built block in extensive communal gardens that you can use. We have cycle parking and our own dedicated parking space you could use if you have a vehicle.

The flat has one bedroom with large built-in storage, a newly installed kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and living room with sofa bed, TV and freeview channels and great views towards Crystal Palace. Overhill Road gets little traffic so this is the place for you if you like peace and quiet. Dulwich Park is a 5 minute walk away. You would have just one other neighbour on the same floor and four other neighbours in the other flats in this small block.

Suitable for a single professional person or a professional couple. No smoking, no pets. Deposit will be required and kept with an official Tenancy Deposit service. You will need to pay all bills but we will cover the service charge.

Please PM if you want additional photos - plenty available.
