HI,

I am looking for a good condition corner sofabed unit (think Ikea, plus/minus storage) or a large sofabed also looking for a good condition, clean double bed divan bed with mattress or bed frame and mattress, preferably with very firm or orthopedic mattress, 4ft 6in (maybe larger/smaller - NOT single)

Please let me know if you have any/all of these items, via PM and also, if you could help with (paid) transportation.

I am in Forest Hill, SE23 and hoping for local items for sale and people to deliver - must be weekend delivery or after 6pm please. I am in a 1st floor flat, good wide staircase up approx 12 steps plus lifts also available if items can fit.

Looking at delivery next Friday (22nd) Saturday 23rd or Sunday 24th March or may be some flexibility.

Can come to view beforehand.

  Has anyone else experienced bites lately? I've been bitten for the last 5 evenings at home & have no idea why? No one else seems to be affected at home which is good news but it's really getting frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? It always seems to be around 7pm as if it's dinner time & I'm on the menu.
