I wanted to post an unsolicited recommendation for Rafic. Rafic has been my PT for a couple of years and he?s completely changed my approach to exercise. He?s always enthusiastic and constantly changes up his sessions to make sure you don?t plateau. He?s recently moved his PT service to Push studios in East Dulwich and if you?re considering a PT I?d encourage you to give him a go, he?s reasonably priced and always cheerful during early morning sessions.

  Do you mean The Dream Machine? Used to sell vinyl and musicians used to go there and play? Don't know about the hifi repair! If that's what you are thinking of, I can put you in touch with the guy who used to run it if you PM me.
