Yes it does - was on bus lunchtime to day & going to last till Tuesday - goes down Barry Rd, then bears left and then into Underhill. Wasn't going that far so not interested. Grateful was going down Barry. Hope that helps. Other way ie towards south circular, think driver said going up Barry Rd from Underhill but again not sure - best to check but driver does tell people who board bus is on diversion and where it is going. Helpful.

The road works are at the junction of Underhill with Friern Roads occupying one lane. Someone has helpful repositioned the barriers to open up one of the lanes allowing two way traffic with consideration.

Sadly whoever agreed the road closure didn?t actually ask any questions of Thames Water to get the closure minimised to one lane.

Much quieter though was nice walking along there earlier.

Anyone know how many weeks/months this fiasco is due to continue for as it seems to be ongoing for Wed to Sunday each week?

"Route P13 is diverted due to the closure of Underhill Road for roadworks. Alternative stops are Lordship Lane Estate or Crystal Palace Road." Unhelpfully, no mention of what the diverted route actually is.

    • March46, thanks for posting letter - and mentioning a comment I made. Alice - Ilona started this thread to raise awareness of a police appeal to the local community. Think it was very nice to have taken the time  to make the community aware as we all live stressful and busy lives. What has resulted is a discussion, opinions call it what you like with local members of the community on this forum mentioning what I personally think of  as this person over the months has been sighted.  If to quote you in your last paragraph beginning “It’s a load of rubbish……. - all I can say, is I hope the incident never happens to you..this was nothing related to Robinson at all - but unless you live under a rock, you would understand the enormous pressure the Mets is under and what a great job they do. Just read the letter that March46 shared with the whole forum. And before you start off again, of course there are “bad apples” in all the forces - worldwide.
