Looking for venue - Dance or Exercise studio to hold classes

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a venue to hold a mixed dance/exercise class. Preferably in Peckham, but Dulwich is also good.

Ideally ?15 - ?20/hr rent.

Any recommendations are welcome :)
