Cleaner recommendation

For anyone looking for a cleaner, I can recommend Lilly, a local mum who runs a small team of cleaners. We have used Lilly?s company for over a year and have been very pleased with the standard. We have the same lady every week, but because there?s a team of them, we?ve always been sent a replacement if anyone has been away or ill, so have never missed a clean. The cleaners are always polite and friendly and seem to get so much done in the time they have at my house! They have always been trustworthy too. We are really happy with the service.

Also, just read the admin post about fake recommendations. This is real! Lilly is local and her kids go to the same school as my son. She has a Facebook page (Lilly?s Maid) and is often popping up on local forums, so you can probably google/Facebook her if you are unsure.

    • Fired Earth as a whole went into administration unfortunately - doesn't seem to have been a Dulwich problem specifically. Does anyone know how much the rent is for these Dulwich Village storefronts?
    • It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.
    • Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
    • Just had a look at the above web sites you listed. Mot tax look for free .but you still need to pay to get service results.sàme as the ones I liste
