Lucymarianne
Hello, I feel so sorry for my poor husband - our car is parked in the road and has just been dinged again. It is a classic car and his pride and joy! (TBH I wouldn't even notice the scratch but he is walking around like Eeyore at the moment)...anyway, we do have a drive but Southwark refused our application for a parking place as it's 2cm too narrow. We would like to appeal and would be very very grateful for any recommendations for a planning lawyer. Thank you! Penguin68
anyway, we do have a drive but Southwark refused our application for a parking place as it's 2cm too narrow.Do you mean a dropped kerb? And what is too narrow - the entrance to the drive or the drive itself? If the entrance, you may just need a builder to widen it, rather than a planning lawyer (and probably cheaper!)
