Some feedback on Plus Rooms for anyone thinking of an extension. We have recently completed a side and rear return on Landells Road. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. This is a professional outfit that do the end to end service from design/planning onwards, with proper oversight from the Project Manager and a clear pricing structure. The quality of the finish is excellent and we have been amazed by how much space we got just from the side and rear return. Couple of pics attached. If you are thinking about doing this work it is worth speaking to these guys first.

  Aria was great, he managed to come the same day after what had turned out to be a pretty long day at work and fix a really bad blocked pipe that needed to be resolved as soon as practicable. He’s lovely, professional and really helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the area. Thanks Aria!

  I’m not sure home delivery will replace physical supermarkets. I got the impression that they’re generally loss- making for the retailers and they’d much prefer to encourage customers back to the shops. I read somewhere that the typical Ocado order was around £100 but costs Ocado £120 to fulfill. It works for M&S because they have roped Ocado into a contract where Ocado carry the bulk of the loss.
