I would like to recommend Dom who is a Carpenter and has just been to fix my fence panels and posts which had fallen during the winter. He also built me a new shed and took down/removed the old. Very efficient, great pricing and a job very well done!

I think Omurphys is right. I recently used their services and am very satisfied. I needed to do some repair work in my garden and they helped me a lot. I think that if in the future I have any more problems, I will definitely turn to them again. However, there is one drawback. After they finished their work, I had to clean up a lot. Some trees were damaged, and it was also necessary to fix the lawn. I think you know how it looks after the renovation work ... I had to acquire new tools in order to clean everything up and put the whole garden in order. The site https://www.cordlessgardenequipment.co.uk/ helped me a lot with the selection of the necessary nitrosruments.

    • Ha ha that's hilarious - how wonderfully embarrassing for Reform!
    • Closing down completely. The lovely people there are all retiring. Thanks, but Deptford is a long way to go to make two journeys to  take and collect a car! Do they not do even relatively minor repairs if it fails its MOT first time? Then that would require four journeys 😭 Wondering if there's already a thread on here for garage recommendations? People on my road WhatsApp group have recommended some local ones. I'm particularly gutted because apart from the lovely people who worked there,  Dell was a five minute walk for me!
    • I did think that might be the reason, but five years out of seven it's going to be a weekday (I think. Not sure how leap years might affect things!)
    • Probably because the 5th was a weekday. We still have the weekend to come. Also, some fireworks going off nearly every night for the last few months. Last night something was being let off that made a very deep booming noise every 10 seconds or so. That said, if the general public are beginning to see the harm done by firework noise and choosing to use low noise options and refusing to support organised events that still use the full throttle type, I for one would be very happy. Does anyone know if the Herne Hill Velodrome Halloween fireworks event used low noise options?
