Builder or a gardener?

I need a bit of help . I need 2 small retaining walls with some steps and 3 brick planters which is to replace the logs / railway sleepers

My budget is small.

Do I need a builder or a fencer?any recommendations

A builder. I did something similiar myself drawing a plan on the back of an envelope. When it was all built I did all the planting etc myself.

From what you describe Deora a recommended builder on here can quickly build tbe walls & planters etc. This shouldn't cost too much. Then you can plant what you like.
