Party (adults) venue hire

Can anyone recommend a good venue for hire to host a party for about 70 adults, evening to early hours of the morning, DJ & bar? I have tried EDT but they are booked on our preferred date.

There is a place behind Forest Hill Station - cannot remember the name but it is a few doors up from EJ Carpets.
