Old East Dulwich Sorting Office, anyone know what's happening?

Does anyone know what is happening with this building? A number of men and a couple of dogs appear to be living in it. My neighbour is concerned it's squatters, as they only use the back entrance with the red shutters to enter & exit, with lots of banging to be let in.

I thought it was due to be redeveloped with houses being built at the back and flats at the front?!

last time I heard was that the site was being developed for housing - not sure whether this has gone to Planning yet for approval.

could be guys guarding the property to prevent squatters/crime.

same happened to block of flats recently built on CP Rd.

Hi Pugwash, yes planning permission has been granted for houses on the Pellatt Road side and flats on Sylvester.
