WANTED: Temporary after-school nanny from end of May to beginning of July

Our wonderful Nanny is likely to need a period of medical leave from end of May to 4th of July, so we are looking for a temporary Nanny to cover.

We have 3 children, aged 5, 8 and 10.

It would primarily be after school Monday to Friday. Collection from Fairlawn Primary School, returning to Beauval Road near Dulwich Library, and covering until around 6:00 pm.

It is possible we may occasionally need help in the mornings from 8:15-9:15 for the school run, so it would be great to have a nanny who was able to cover that morning period occasionally but this is not essential.

  Hello, My son has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. We are hoping to find a tutor who themselves was diagnosed with ADHD (prior to Alevels ideally) and received help with studies. The subjects are physics and Economics A level (he's starting Y13). At present we want to see if we can find a tutor with the diagnosis first and if that doesn't work, then someone who has experience helping kids with ADHD succeed. If that doesnt work either, then 2 subject specific tutors. Please do DM me if you can help, or give a pointer for a good direction! Thanks! MattH

  There used to be a secondhand hifi & repair shop in the basement of where Love Dulwich Turkish BBQ & Meze Restaurant is at the moment. I'm trying to find anyone who either remembers the name or even has contact details. I'm trying to find someone who can do repairs on an old luxman, B&O, etc. Keeping fingers crossed!

  David Attenborough has also done programmes on this amazing relationship. This is from 2010 but I am sure that there were more recent programmes on the Beeb https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p006ry61 Mummy trees are amazing.

  Have you considered PIV - positive input ventilation. We retro fitted a Soler & Palau super quiet in-line fan system. This takes cool air from the outside ans is ducted into the loft. It is really quiet and very efficient. It is controlled by a reverse thermostat ie one which shuts the system off when the temperature drops to a set level. We are very pleased with it especially as it costs a fraction of a/c and provides greater flexibility in terms of location of vents and ducting.
