Recommended and skilled builder

I'd like to recommend Krzysztof Zajko (Kris) as a reliable builder. His company is called Panzaj Construction Ltd. He rescued me when my previous builder turned out to be a crook. Kris dug extremely deep and solid foundations for my built-up patio with great work on the patio slabs and beautiful steps and render. He completed the job on time at a very competitive price. He's also a lovely guy who lent my gardener his breaker tool when we discovered foundations in my garden (long story - but not a Medieval burial ground!!). He has an extremely professional approach with decades of experience. Everything will be done 'belt and braces'. Give him a try or message me for a more detailed reference. He can be contacted on [email protected]. or 07938 204480

Cheers folks, Jude

A bit late, but here goes...

A few months back Krzysztof Zajko did some major work for me, removing a low wall between kitchen and living room, putting in a new kitchen, and making everything flow smoothly from kitchen to living room.

The work done was excellent - it did over run slightly, but given what they had to deal with, I really can't complain. (Such as the kitchen floor not being the same level as the living room!). I'm extremely happy with the result.

Given the amount of brickwork being removed, mess was unavoidable, but at the end 4 ladies were here for 4 hours, and did an absolutely superb job in getting everything clean at the end, to an exceptionally high standard.

Highly recommended!

Nick

    • As the meeting, which I did not attend, was moved, as I understand it, to the Alleyn's School Theatre, one of the few venues large enough to take the members attending (the Dog's upstairs room has a capacity only of 100 as I understand it) the cost, or lack of it, of the Dog's room is immaterial. The costs of the meeting would have included costs of communications to members (printing and postage), printed ballot and voting slips etc. Nowadays these costs (particularly postage) are non-trivial. Much of the membership is of an age where digital communications are not always appreciated or even possible. The material (which I have seen) is not ideal for smart phone viewing, and ballot slips need to be real, not virtual. The cost of setting up electronic voting systems would have been far higher than printing ballot papers.
