Another top job and recommendation for Terry and Pat who have restored our kitchen and dining room (walls, woodwork and cabinets)and have freshened up our spare bedroom.

The care they take in preparing the walls and ceilings for paint is second to none and guarantees an amazing finish. It is such a pleasure to be able to see the detail of the beautiful cornicing in the dining room for the first time! The advice we had on how best to make it a proper feature again was spot on.

As always, they were great to work with, punctual, tidy and trusted to hold keys. I can?t recommend them highly enough. Terry 07931 686935 and Pat 07404 566129.

  We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi happy to PM you how much it cost us
- Has anyone noticed the intermittent beeping on the Upland Rd / North Cross Rd area

  I’ve been hearing a beeping sound that goes off every 45 - 60 secs 24 hours a day for a few weeks and can’t work out where it’s coming from. You can hear it all the way down the road and I can hear it when I’m at home and it’s starting to drive me a bit crazy, so would love to figure out what it is. Anyone else noticed it?
