Hi all,

As I wasn?t able to get a stand at the Dulwich Festival this year.

I?ve decided to hold my sale. It?ll be out front of the store on

Lordship Lane SE22 8ha

Saturday 11th May

10 - 3pm

It?ll be for all people creative with materials.

Selling rolls of fabric from ?10, pieces of leather hide from ?5 , trimmings and stick on patches.

Upholstery, blinds and curtain fabrics. Soft furnishings and stools, furniture and glassware.

Schools

We?ll have free off cuts for schools, so if you are collection fabric and paper for schools and nursery?s then book and pop by.

  Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
- Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
