Are we talking about the same park? Because in my experiences dog owners feel very welcome... entitled even. Try having a picnic (outside of the small dog free area), jogging, or cycling round PR without getting harassed by someone's pooch.

I used to love having an ice lolly and playing lawn bowls and was gutted they didn't bother to bring it back. Give it a year or two and it would be so 'peckham' to play bowls and have a frozen margarita. Surprised they didn't stick with it. It only needed a hashtag.
