Parcels going missing in SE22

Is anyone else experiencing parcels going missing recently?

Since the closure of the Sylvester Road delivery office, I've had some issues with parcels being left outside my house with no card being left. *I was in on both occasions and the postman rung the bell but left after a few seconds, so when I went to the door the parcel was on the floor outside and he was off down the road? I did get in touch with royal mail and it seemed to have stopped but I now have 2 parcels that have not arrived - one sent at the end of April and one in the beginning of May. So I'm wondering if it's happening again etc?

Loads of post was pushed through my letterbox this morning, and when I looked at the items, they were for four different addresses, none of them mine. Makes me worried about what is happening to the post, who knows what never arrives?
