Superdrug Articulated Lorry delivering after midnight

After the discussions re M&S deliveries (and as this is newly opened and has no precedent) does anyone know if there are rules that govern the hours a large lorry can deliver its cages of goods (with all the accompanying bangs and crashes) on LL? I spoke to the driver and he said they will be always delivering after midnight on weekdays because that is what head office have told them to do. I shall call Southwark Council for info tomorrow but wondered if anyone had any 'to-hand' gen re this. Ta.

Yes, if it's affecting your right to a peaceful environment.

Call Southwark's environmental services team / noise team and record the times and dates its taking place.

I managed to get Curry's in Brixton to stop doing 5 am deliveries as the 'this vehicle is reversing' alarm would wake me up every time. Lambeth got them to stop deliveries in anti social hours.

Co op have their deliveries between 4.30 am 5.30am every day people in flats above and surrounding flats above other shops must love it .same noises as super drug .but also music playing in co op not loud ,but you can still ear it.
