After the debacle at FHGP today I'm going to book on line in future. Go to the main ED page not this one if you want to discuss today's chaos.


But I have to choose a provider. Not sure why there can't be one, avoiding me making some effort to find the best one out of the list below. Why do we have to outsource everything? I can just stick a pin into the list, or perhaps others have views and experience. What a first world problem eh? For your info providers are:

G4S, Serco, Castlebeck and Interserve (only joking on the last four)

      Is it possible for someone to change the heading, because it is not clear that this "fatality" has not just happened. I'm not sure that the OP still posts on here. Admin?

      A couple of updates to this terrible event:   1) In 2021, two cousins (one from Penge and one from Streatham) were convicted of murder and sentenced to a minimum of 23 years in prison.       The Commons Public Accounts Committee questioned both the CEO and MD of Capita yesterday, at their last meeting before the recess:  https://committees.parliament.uk/event/25889/formal-meeting-oral-evidence-session/.  In October they'd already expressed concern that Capita might not  be able to efficiently retake over responsibility for the administration within the timescale. Given the joint statement recently issued by Capita and the Cabinet Office I'm not sure that contacting an MP is going to add much, other than venting what I think most of us can probably appreciate of what those affected are likely  to be thinking and feeling; unless perhaps, and I hope it's not needed, to report on deficiencies in the immediate rescue actions.

      She's responded, but I'm sure I read something in the Guardian consumer advice column. Might be some pointers if you're stuck
