Three units in total. Over ?1,200 new but will accept ?100.

Selling quickly due to an international move. Everything works and looks in good condition apart from one of the doors on the long floor unit which closes (and stays closed) fine but the swing arm mechanism needs to be repaired.

  They have to balance the buyer's wish and getting a swift sale, but yes at the end of the day they will take a small hit. But this is the nature of the market and a case to move to a better system rather than demonise estate agents.
