New to the area with a 1yr old and 3 year old

Hi everyone. We are new to the area and are looking to meet nannies or mummys with kids around the ages of 1 and 3 during the week. I have tried to find groups with similar aged kids and it seems all are in school/nursery. Please let me know if you have any advice or if you have children of similar ages are happy for play dates in the park etc.

Welcome Happychicken, My babies are a lot older now, but I'm sure someone will be along soon with babes of a similar age to yours. In the meantime you might want to check out ED Tots website: http://www.edtots.co.uk/ for news on what classes and playgroups are happening in ED.

      Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance.  The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.
