Get in shape for summer at our 10am and 1pm boxing class.

A licensed boxing club and gym with cushioned flooring, boxing bags, a boxing ring. We?ll take you through a boxing HITT workout that will revolutionise your relationship with exercise, give you ultimate fitness and leave you mentally clear.

We?re in the players tunnel at Dulwich Hamlet FC, next to the big Sainsbury?s off Dog Kennel Hill, with changing and shower facilities.

Taught by Clinton *Champ* McKenzie, Olympic finalist and world champion boxer.

  These have reduced over the years, are "perfect" lives Round Robins being replaced by "perfect" lives Instagram posts where we see all year round how people portray their perfect lives ? The point of this thread is that for the last few years, due to issues at the mail offices, we had delays to post over Christmas. Not really been flagged as an issue this year but I am still betting on the odd card, posted well before Christmas, arriving late January.
