Fun is had by all with Clinton ?Champ? Mckenzie at his mixed boxing class.

Start the day the best way or leave it behind!

Mon - Sat 10am (additional 1pm class on Saturday?s)

Tuesday - Thursday 7pm and 8pm .

Have fun and let the fat melt away. We dare you! .

Based at Dulwich Hamlet FC - ground floor

Changing facilities and showers

Purpose built licensed boxing gym: cushioned floor, boxing bags, boxing ring ... all the equipment you need!

Licensed bar serving food 7 nights a week

Pocket friendly memberships and bundles

Children, teens and amateurs group: Mon, Wed, Fri 5-7pm

      I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

      I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
