Nanny available from September and some summer weeks

Recommended Posts

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi..

We are Tom (Dad), Jacq (Mum), Poppy (10yrs) and Albie (nearly 9yrs) and we live in East Dulwich.

Both Jacq and I work full-time which can be pretty relentless at times (!) but we are a happy, busy, thriving family that's loving being back in London (will explain...!)

Poppy is at Dulwich Hamlet Junior School and Albie is at The Belham in Peckham Rye and we are just looking for that final piece of the puzzle: a great individual who can support the kids at home after school

We are looking for after-school care only from Mon-Fri 3-7pm.

This will involve collecting the children from school (they are in different schools so have different pick-up times...!), caring from them at home, over-seeing homework, preparing dinners and generally keeping everything ticking over. we need this from

24th June for 4 weeks and then from September! Would you be interested! If so please email or 07917 604216. Thanks

    • There  is a dance fit class at Harris girls on a Monday evening 630 pm which I have been going to for years . It is an inclusive class  with a wide range of ages.    The  teacher is Fi and she is amazing and  the classes are lots of fun.   look on the web justdanceuk .com. There are other dance classes  (flowetic )that Fi and the lovely Lizzie runs  at Harris girls too . They also have an event next week which is a bit further- near Penge  which is a day of dance to include  just dance fit, dancehall, line dancing, garage fit and flowetic . Which is also available to book on that website  ( look at the events section) .
    • that’s just been misused first by Faraz and then Starmer. It’s evocative and negative.  But it’s flooding the news today.
    • I didn't realise that either! I thought it just meant division within communities - religious, racial or otherwise.  Yes, it is frightening. The days of the broad church political party are over.
    • So I've done a little more research into the current use of the word, I hadn't realised it had latterly been used to describe anti Muslim feelings. Still don't like the use of the word. These are horrible times and am fearful for the future.
