Side-effects of cutting down on breastfeeding? (Me, not Baby)

My hefty 8mo old has cut out about four of her feeds in a 24hr period, and for the past four days, i have felt sick and light-headed on/off all day. Could this be something to do with a rise/fall in various hormone levels?

3 pregnancy test said HELL NO so very much doubt I am With Child. For once.

Yes, it could very much be related to hormones (you're not expressing the dropped feeds I presume?).

It could also be coincidental -- could you have a cold coming? Hopefully not. xx

Cold; probability is high, as the infants and my husband are all snot-tastic atm.

Not expressing the dropped feeds; most of them are between 11-6am.

Are you feverish? Missing feeds easily slides into a dose of mastitis I find

Not feverish, just lightheaded/dizzy. I've had mastisis twice, but this doesn't feel like it. I feel a bit "fuller" from the missed feeds but not engorged or swollen at all.

This is most tiresome, hope it doesn't ruin my steak/Homeland plans for this evening...
