I'd like to leave a lovely recommendation for a local Reiki practitioner in East Dulwich.

Ana Maria Craig runs her own Reiki practice on Friern road in a lovely studio in her garden, it's like a little safe haven away from all the hustle and bustle of your every day life. I went to see for a treatment during my pregnancy, where I needed a bit of self love and to reduce anxiety, and this did just the thing. She's super knowledgeable in the chakras, crystals etc. and has such a lovely approach. The treatment itself was extremely relaxing, I felt tingling and warming sensations in various areas which can only be a sign that it's working...the baby was also kicking very happily throughout which was lovely.
