Sally Eva
A team offering free bike maintenance aka Dr Bike will be under Peckham Arch this Thursday June 13th from 5.30-7.30pm. They will fix brakes, pump up tyres, index gears (this means try and stop them clicking and jumping) and stop some of the random rattling sounds. The whole thing (like the NHS) is free and open to everyone and (like the NHS) sometimes there is a queue. But hey, sometimes there isn't so roll up. The Arch is at the north end of Rye Lane which is the south end of Surrey Canal Path. The Arch is reasonably waterproof so we will be right underneath if it's raining and (probably) on the approach ramp if it is not. This service is provided by Southwark Cyclists out of our own hard earned money. We are the borough branch of the London Cycling Campaign and everything we do is free and open to all. Our website is here: https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk. You can contact us on [email protected] (slow method) or tweet @southwarkcycle.
