Please don't try and eat it based on my 'iffy' identification Callie, but my guess would be that it's rocket that's gone to seed and which has picked up some kind of bug infestation (hence the spots). Having said that the stems seem a bit too robust and hairy for rocket. As I said - please don't eat it! (even if my identification was correct, any leafy vegetable that's gone to seed will be bitter and unpalatable).

Definitely not Rocket, leaves are too shiny...

If no joy on here, take a cutting and ask a local garden centre or email them, the staff at West Dulwich seem to know their onions...

Hi everyone. I don't think it's gazanias after having a quick google. Defintely not rocket - which I eat most days in my sarnies :) Definitely wouldn't eat this plant lol. It seems to be infested by something. Since I've had it this long might as well wait some more for clues ie buds & flowers. Might give it a quick spray with insect killer, feel silly if its a weed though :)

    • Couldn't agree more with these great reviews for Paul and his colleague Damian. We had an issue in which our earth and live wires had been installed the wrong way and Damian fixed it quicky and for a really reasonable price. Would definitely use again
    • I had this problem. The only way I could resolve it was by phoning the number of the letter. I was set up over the phone having already registered for an account. The instructions on the letter are not correct as a code needs to be inputted. I do now have my permit.
    • A friend of mine was into "skill swap" about 40 years ago. It wasn't within an organised scheme, she just offered services like help with painting in exchange for services received. She upset some people as they carried out their services for a living, I.e. for money. An organised scheme sounds much better.
    • Gosh, that is a blast from the past.  Friends in York were into this, he was an accountant and had things like decorating done in exchange.  Not sure if it was equivalent in terms of hours, and I recall HMRC being interested as it was a way of tax avoidance.   A link for a London wide scheme but have no idea of its popularity: https://www.londonwide.letslink.org/members/index.php
