Repeal the legislation that abolished the Royal Mail monopoly on letter delivery and legislate a monopoly on last mile parcel delivery of packages under 20kg. It's actually remarkably simple and will never happen. -
Although that is true, Royal Mail could probably have found a suitable bigger alternative site in SE22 (I think at least one was suggested to them) rather than trying to combine it with the existing Peckham site and expecting people in East Dulwich to pick up parcels etc from there. -
Not especially shocking - not to immigrants like me anyway but a dreadful experience for your husband Pugwash -
