Hi All,

There is a cat that looks half Russian Blue that has been visiting us on Lordship lane (near junction with Townley Road) trying to eat our cat's food. We have been schooing it away but recently have seen it has lost a lot of weight so were wondering if it's lost. There is no collar. We will try and take it to the vet next time we see it and see if there is a chip unless anyone knows anything on here?

Thanks

If the owner has contacted their vet, the vet practise also puts them on the lost database-especially if not chipped. Definitely worth calling some of them in the area. I think the main one is Neighbourhood Vet on Lordship Lane which is the one I use. There is another one near me just past Overhill Road on the way to Forest Hill but can't remember their name.

    • Wow!  Is this the remnants of a wood pigeon?  We occasionally see the feathers following a kill but only once have I seen the hawk in the garden and certainly not like your experience.
