Looking for part time nanny

We are a family living in Nunhead, with a 14-month-old daughter, and are currently sharing a nanny with another family who have a son of a similar age. Our wonderful nanny is leaving us at the end of August, and we are looking for someone to replace her. We are looking for a nanny looking for a part-time role, open to or with experience of, gentle and respectful parenting practices (Montessori, RIE or Pickler training a bonus), or a childminder with a similar perspective on childcare. Available three days per week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and either Mondays or Thursdays for the third day. Available to start either the last week of August or first week of September.
