I reallly want to go on holiday end of may/ begining of june with my husband and my baby girl who will be 4 months then. i want to go some where nice and sunny but baby friendly too. Were on a budget (and by that i mean we are quite tight on money) but there must be some nice place to go for around 10 days, even if its in England.

Hi

We went to a Hoseasons place I think, Broadlands, near Lowestoft and Southwold when our first was a similar age. Not guaranteed sunshine but Norfolk/Suffolk borders are beautiful. We stayed in a chalet on a little holiday park, with an indoor pool, by the Broads and lovely beaches and countryside. Hot tub out the back too!

Or look up Forest HolidAys for a log cabin somewhere?

Or google self catering places?

Personally I can recommend Swanage in Dorset - bit of tat and quaint at the same time, great beach, beautiful countryside. My kids love it and so do we. Dorset is just fab and easy to get to by car or train.

Enjoy!

Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read  postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

    • I would'nt go locally I'd go to Maria Tash in Liberty..it'll be more expensive but they will do a good job and its their buisness not a 'sideline' to other beauty offerings. https://www.mariatash.com/store-locations/maria-tash-london-liberty?srsltid=AfmBOoqMz7Ev-4YqzrlkePX0n3i5JbiggGYSR9kU5z1p_ajP_jjQKqlt I have no experience of piercing at Polished but I went in to enquire about a manicure and I found the staff attitude pretty rude, looking me up and down when I walked in and just giving off a bad attitude like they just could'nt be bothered maybe because I'm not a glam 30 something? I dont know.
    • Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here buys Bonne Maman jam? I’d love to upcycle the empty jars if you're planning to throw them out. I'm hoping to make my own jam and would really appreciate using those cute jars for it. Thanks
