Hello ED Forum,

I am a friendly and experienced young maths tutor with lots of availability over the summer. I've taught 30+ pupils on a weekly/regular basis over the past two years. My pupils have come from a range of backgrounds and ages, from 11+ students to GCSE and A-level students. I have helped them achieve A* grades and entry into their schools of choice. I enjoy teaching core understanding as well as good exam technique. I have many references available.

I'm looking to take on three to four new students over the summer and into the next academic year.

A little more about myself...

I'm an ex-Alleyn's pupil who achieved 11 A*s at GCSE and 4 A*s at A-level (in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics). I also received the school's Maths Prize in my final year. This academic year I finished my first year at university studying maths and averaged a high first class mark.

  I don't! But I've also taken to calling myself David, as it seems to shorten the odds of achieving something in life. It's not King Dave, Dave Lloyd George, Dave Hockney, Dave Bowie or Dave Hasselhoff is it? And I'm not sure Michelangelo would have had such success if he'd called his sculpture 'Dave'.

  I'm not so sure the collection team are that bothered anymore. Two houses either side of me are rented and the tenants just chuck their rubbish - mostly bagged - in the blue or green bins depending on which has space in, not based on what it is. The blue bins are always emptied.

  Good of you to give it a second chance. It's fair value but I'd rather pay a little more for something better and there's so much to choose from in Lordship Lane (though admittedly I've been a little disloyal and have found myself venturing to Rye Lane more than I expected in recent months).
