Magimix repairs

Anyone had to have their magimix food processor repaired and can recommend a service?

I have a Magimix.

ETA: If your Magimix is still under guarantee, maybe contact Magimix themselves first?

Thanks Sue, yes, it seems they are one of many https://www.magimix.co.uk/page/Service-agents/ but they are the ones with the biggest website (& therefore most customers, so probably trustworthy) - I've bought a replacement lid from them before.

I was hoping there might be some more local Magimix wizard, but I guess I'll have to send it off with these guys.

It is definitely no longer under guarantee, it's been a solid servant for about 15years!

Crikey, I've only had mine a short time, hope it lasts as long as yours!

I have to report that magimix spares fixed it and was reasonable and organised for it to be picked up and sent it back, really would recommend for spares or repairs as I have done both now and when I sent them the magimix last year I thought it was beyond repair but it's whizzing away still..

Have had my Magimix best part of 30 years - it was a present from hubby, Have also had my stick blender for over 20 years and it is used weekly. I have also a Morphy Richards hand mixer which I brought in the 1070s which is still going strong.
