Our lovely regular babysitter/nanny is looking for 2-3 days per week in Camberwell. She would bring her very sweet 7-year-old daughter along too during school holidays, so this would be ideally suited to a family with same-age kids who would enjoy a playmate. Her daughter loves playing with our two-year-old and is used to her mum looking after a 1-year-old too. Jarmila has been looking after our son for over a year and was an au pair when she first moved to the UK from Slovakia. She's extremely reliable, caring, calm and consistent with my son.   I’m currently conducting exploratory research into menstrual health education in UK secondary schools and would really value the insight of PSHE leads, Heads of Year, or pastoral staff. The research aims to understand: How menstrual cycle is currently taught within the RSHE framework Where schools feel confident — and where there may be gaps Whether students are taught and asking questions around the full menstrual cycle, symptoms, wellbeing and conditions such as PMS/PMDD or endometriosis How schools support students in feeling empowered to understand their bodies and seek help appropriately Whether education around nutrition, lifestyle, and menstrual wellbeing is currently addressed The long-term goal is to explore whether there is a need for additional, age-appropriate, medically informed support on the menstrual cycle. I’m not selling a programme and there is no obligation beyond a 30 minute informal chat online (Unpaid). All conversations will be confidential and used only to inform the research.
