Many of the goods available on Amazon aren't dispatched from an Amazon facility but direct from the supplier who use their own couriers which can include the post office. This is indicated in the item's information by the 'fulfilled by' information. Amazon themselves are certainly still delivering in Dulwich. Don't want to jinx it but I'm finding RM tracked deliveries very reliable. Even DPD messed up one of my deliveries this week but all now resolved. -

the Post office seems to be the outfit responsible for delivering stuff ordered on Amazon in the Dulwich area Is anyone finding that their parcel delivery has become more unreliable than in the past e.g. not delivered because 'you were not in' or 'returned to sender as address incorrect'? -

We had such a problem with theft, with couriers denying responsibility and ignoring instructions not to leave things on the doorstep, that we installed a parcel safe. It works well if people use it, but I am puzzled by the couriers that send me a photo of the packages they leave propped up against the side of the parcel safe. -
